Buffalo Chicken Dip
Makes 16 servings 40 minutes
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup red hot sauce
1-1/2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Fritos Scoops corn chips, for serving
Celery sticks, for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce until smooth. Fold in the shredded chicken until evenly covered.
Spray a ceramic pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Evenly spread the cheese-chicken mixture into the plate.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and starts to bubble and brown.
Serve hot with plenty of Fritos Scoops corn chips and celery sticks.
